This HOT STAPLER can be used for all types of plastics starting from a thickness of 1 mm. It can be used also with
plastics with 40% glass fiber content, with the only exception of pure FRP and carbon, which cannot be repaired.

Without a special material identification, with the HOT STAPLER it is distinguished for the repair only between soft,
medium and hard plastic. The tough, durable, yet flexible connection of damaged parts is achieve through HOT STAPLER by
inserting hot clips into the material. Protruding ends of the braces are pinched off and sanded as needed.
Once inserted, the remaing part of the pins can be easily cutted or smoothed, if necessary. The enviromental protection starts from the repair philosophy instead of replacing. Additional to that you will protect also the money of your customers!

The main applications are :

Repairs of bumpers and headlamp brackets and housings, grills, covers, reinforcement of supports,
